class: title # Exam 1 ## CSC 161 – March 5, 2026 --- # Good Morning! When you arrive: 1. Sit at an open desk that has an exam. 2. Silence or turn off your phone. 3. You may have writing utensils, a drink, a calculator, and your note sheet on your desk. 4. Put everything else (including your phone) away in your bag. 5. If you need to refill your water or make a trip to the restroom, please do that now. Once we start the exam you may not leave the classroom until you turn in your work. --- # Exam Procedures The exam has five problems, which you can complete in any order. You will have until 9:50am to complete the exam. ## Writing Answers Write your answers clearly in the specified answer areas. If you need to make corrections, erase or cross out the incorrect answer(s) and clearly indicate the one answer you want us to grade. ## Questions If you have a question, raise your hand and I will come to you. If there are any corrections I will announce them to the class and write them on the board. ## When you Finish Bring your exam, note sheet, and calculator to me. Once you've turned everything in you are welcome to leave. Please try to gather your things quietly so you don't disturb other students.
