About this course

Welcome to the fall 2015 session of CSC 151, Functional Problem Solving. In this course, you will learn the basics of computer science using Scheme, a functional programming language.

If you are new to programming, don't worry; we will cover everything you need to know for this course. If you already know another programming language, odds are Scheme will look very different to you. Functional programming langauges work best when you are thinking algorithmically, something we'll be working on quite a bit during this course.
